Repricing and Contract Extension

Ok so we know we need to do a price cut but last time we did one our realtor renewed/extended our contract. Is there a way to not do the extension or are they required to do that?

Long story short we are not happy with our realtor and do not want to keep extending so we can use someone else if we don't sell before current contract ends. If we ask her not to extend we're afraid she'll do even less than she already does because it'll be pretty obvious why we don't want an extension.

Right now we are just riding it out until the current contract ends in December but also really want a price cut. Are we just kinda screwed until it ends?

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
