Can anyone explain why there are fewer choices for renting an entire home stay in an Airbnb now?

I am looking to temporarily stay in Virginia, at an Airbnb.

Does anyone know why I am seeing fewer entire home stays and mostly just rooms?

I am trying to return to Virginia from California and to temporarily stay at an Airbnb.

Almost everything I see is a room only, or in someone’s basement.

I hardly see “entire homes.”

Are there just fewer people using Airbnb now, or is it related to the economy?

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
