Just venting a bit, but I’ve been thinking about how many steps it still takes to get a deal under contract even in 2025. Between getting the right DORA forms, making sure the MLS info is accurate, copying in the right clauses, sending for signature, etc... it still feels like we’re hacking it all together. For those of you in Colorado, what’s the part of your contract process you wish you could just skip or automate completely? Curious what others are experiencing.
