Anyone have any experience with this and what sort of rates can you share with what company? I purchased a non-warrantable condo in NYC and realized much later what a hassle it is. Purchased through seller financing but now they are asking for balance and so I have to look for financing again. Building and all are great, but the units are mostly owned by siblings of a family.
