Listing agent, first time real estate, what are the pros and cons about the job? Any tips?

I'm wondering if anyone here could help me out here since I don't really know where to post this. I've had an interview for listing agent and they asking me when I can start. I'm really wondering how is the experience as a listing agent if anyone knows? Pros and cons? What should I avoid or do? If anyone has a experience over this or just any experience as a buyer from your perspective of how the process is on how you choose your house/apartment it would be nice to hear.

I know it's pretty exhausting perhaps since it's monday- Friday 9-6 and Saturday 9-3 but we'll perhaps it can be good. Oh and I'm 23y/o

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
