I’m thinking of getting my real estate license in Colorado to buy and sell homes for me and my family.
There will be at least 5 transactions over the next 2 years between me and my immediate family. Makes sense just to keep a part of the commission in house (pun intended).
Since I need to join a brokerage to get a license, would any brokerage firm accept me if I wouldn’t look to actively be an agent?
