Thoughts on Paying For Real Estate Mentorship?

Hey everyone,

Recently I have been getting into the world of real estate and I’ve been diving deep into the idea of mentorship in real estate investing. I know there's a wealth of free advice out there, but I'm curious if paying for mentorship/coaching may offer something more.

For those of you in the real estate game:

  1. Do you think paid mentorship provides a clearer advantage over the free resources available?
  2. What areas within real estate investing do you believe would benefit significantly from dedicated, expert mentorship? (e.g., flipping houses, managing rental properties)
  3. If you’ve ever invested in paid mentorship, how did it compare to the free materials you’ve used? Was it worth the investment?

I’m really curious to hear whether you believe that paying for expert guidance could make a substantial difference, especially compared to just going it alone with free resources.

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
