Are people waiting to put offers until more clarity on interest rates and hurdle with NAR settlement?
I’m looking in Hoboken and the equity increase there has been insane. The past few weeks I haven’t seen as much movement. Could it be because people know rates may come down even more and there’s another hurdle to possibly pay the buyers agent? I’m seeing some condos with more time on the market than usual.
