Help in Alabama!

Hi. I’m looking for some advice. My husband and I are currently renting a house that we just found infested with mold. We have three small children and we are all sick from the mold. Needless to say, we are moving out. The only problem is; we have no credit, nearly no downpayment, and need a house very soon. Any advice on what to do?

We are going to be staying with my parents until we can find a home, but the living arrangements are not ideal as we will be in a 2 bedroom basement with no kitchen or bathroom on our floor with a 3 year old and twin boys- so it’s urgent.

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
