I'm selling my house, slightly 'as is', but is mostly cosmetic issues. Things like interior painting, worn kitchen & bath tiles. It could get someone thru 3-5 years if they wanted, but on the other hand isn't a 'flip' with everything new.
Its priced accordingly, but after dropping its price and giving it 2-3 weeks, I inevitably took it off to address some of these concerns.
Now, after about a month and some legit work being done, my realtor relisted it. However, after going live, I noticed it is not at the top of Realtor .com. Is that normal? We're pretty far down in the zip code, and looks like its just been stagnant (also I skipped 30+ days). State is PA if that matters, I was expecting to be at the top again to boost views.
