Seller here. Currently in escrow for a vacant lot.
1) After going into escrow- the listing agent updated the listing to “contingent show”. What does that mean?
2) On the estimated closing costs, its lists that I have to pay a $250 transaction coordinator fee. I thought the listing agent pays for this. Should this have been mentioned on the listing agreement that I signed? Or can the agent just add this on without consulting me first?
3)On the listing agreement, it states a specific amount that will go to the buyer’s agent commission. Come to find out, the listing agent will pay less to the buyer’s agent other than the amount stated on the contract that I signed. Is that legal?
