Planning to buy a house without a title only rights in a squatter area for only 100k pesos.

Hello guys , I just want to ask what are your thoughts about buying a house in a squatter area without titles only rights. what are the risks and is it worth it for 100k pesos? I live in phililippines btw. 22 yrs old and has enough savings to spend 100k.
