Buying a home in the Florida panhandle and have a small handful I’ve kept my eye on in the area I’m looking to move. Two are new construction (‘23, ‘24) and two are resells (‘92, ‘98). All are approximately the same square footage (almost the same floor plan). What variables should I be considering when looking at purchasing new construction versus a resell from the 90s?
I want to make sure I’ve covered all my bases before I put an offer in and I appreciate your thoughts so much!
