First time homebuyer in CT looking at a brand new townhome that I can pick a lot of the finishes vs a sfh that will most likely need updates for the same price. Seems like solid construction so I don’t think hearing neighbors would be an issue. I’m wondering if the appeal of brand new is pushing me towards the townhome when a sfh might be a better buy.
