A home was inherited to me that has its own address. The problem, it was built so long ago and is actually considered the back house that the city can not separate from the main home as it shares one parcel of land. But I was not given the main house and the main house has to be sold in the trust. Now what?
There is a trustee trying to figure out the next steps, but what options are there?
