Is becoming a real estate agent a good idea for a college student?

I’m 21 and in college for the next 5 years (aiming for masters degree) and all my classes are remote. I do uber as a job so my hours are extremely flexible. Real estate is a full time job and I believe i can make it work since my primary job is very flexible, is there something I’m missing? I plan on getting my license in the next few weeks and would like any opinions, thank you.

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
