How to let your realtor know you are no longer wanting to work with them??

While looking into mortgage companies etc I was paired up with a realtor for the last couple of months. I am not sure if it was because it was the end of the month or what but this realtor seemed to be a little pushy. A different realtor has reached out to my husband who had been showing a house he had looked at. We like this guy much better. How can I get the news to first realtor that we no longer need his services?

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
