How to find deed restrictions/covenants?

I'm looking at a property that has restrictions but the seller doesn't know the details nor does their agent. My agent has no idea how to find them and neither do I...

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
