We just moved in and we've had literally dozens of solar people come to our door promising us "do not pay" electric bills. One time we've had 4 in a day. This last one was a real hoot, he showed up with like 6 people who he said he was training called himself "The Solar Whisperer". He said that it would add "equity to the house" and that we were looking at at least a 4-6% increase in "book value" if we signed with him today. We said we would think about it but this is crazy right 6 just from a solar electrical system and wth is book value?
