Closing on a house next week /want to divorce my husband

My husband and I have been house hunting for over a year year and finally found a great home. Unfortunately my husband was sent away for work for the holidays, the closing and all the goof stuff. While he was away I found out he was having a little too much fun let’s just say, and I will not tolerate that kind of behavior. What can I do?! We are set to close on Friday but I want to file for a divorce! I have already pushed the closing date!

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
