We listed after Labor Day. Have had open houses every weekend. Discovered the agent posted no signage near our condo buildings or in the lobby. Insisted that open houses be at least 90 minutes. They were just an hour.
NYC reacts well to direct mail when there are new listings. We were promised a nailed after we listed. Didn’t happen. When we did a 5% price reduction a few weeks ago. Didn’t happen. Finally when a similar apartment across the hall went on the market with a gorgeous mailer, oh, finally, we get a mailer, days before Thanksgiving as we consider going off the market.
Any advice here? We are under contract a few more months and the only thing the broker is pushing is lowering price.
Any recommendations as our market goes from slow to slower?
