To other investors and developers, what do you guys do when other people want to “learn” from you and do the same thing as you?

As a real estate developer and investor, I get asked so many questions from other people who are also interested in doing the same thing as me. I always am not sure how to approach people like these because I am just slammed with so many projects. It took me years to build what I have so far. I just do not know if have them time to “teach” someone who also wants to be a developer/investor. Because you have to build some kind of capital to set foot in the flipping business.

How do I approach people that want to “learn” from me?

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
