(Florida real estate) What do I do if there's a dead body buried in funeral in the backyard?

In about 14 months I expect to be looking at a golf coarse & resort coming on the market but the previous owner buried their dead wife on the property(I think for tax reasons or something). It was done illegally, when they leave I don't expect them to exhume the body and take it with them so I'll be stuck with a property that's being illegally used as a cemetery. Are there any laws preventing me from hiring a licensed service to exhume the body and cremate it(or do what ever they do with bodies, I don't care)?

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
