Here in north Dallas, I still see houses still not dropping given the high rates. I saw 5-10K drops. Come on really? The sellers are still delusional that they will get cash offers and will sell in hours like they use to.
One house I saw on Zillow was 500k in 2021 now the seller has listed 850k. Still not sold. I feel we are about to see some major decline in the asking price that house should be maybe under 600k.
yeah, you can always refinance but this is just insane. Price is high and rates are high. this is a lost situation for buyers.
