So, house that I'm buying has a septic issue. Origionally it was downplayed as a leechfield line. However, now it looks like the whole system may need replaced. I still really want the place, but we are coming up on the closing date pretty fast. What is the best way to do this contract so that the seller will have to pay to replace this septic system and still be able to close? Thanks everyone in advance
