Hi. I bought a condo in PA early last year, got a great interest rate and low closing costs as a first time buyer.
If I sell and move to MA, can I get low closing costs as a first time home buyer again? Does that info travel across state lines?
My finances: I have a pretty good salary but not a huge amount of savings; I could cough up $10k up front.
