Hi all, My husband and I have put in an offer on a home in Pooler, GA that has 4 very tall but not especially wide pine trees in the backyard. Seller disclosure states one of them was struck by lightning last year. We have decided for our peace of mind we want to specifically have the trees inspected in the due diligence phase. Whom should we contact for that? We were thinking an Arborist is needed, but we don't really know if that is the correct answer or where one would work. Any tips?
