We’re closing on a new build in 10 hrs from now. Our shower enclosure for the master shower was supposed to go in last week but due to supply chain issues, it’s not making it here on time and the builder said we’ll get a letter as an addendum that states they’ll install it within 30 days.
Has anybody done this before? What options do I have after closing if they don’t install it?
