My husband and I put an offer in on a house 2 weeks ago. We just got the HOA information and have 5 days to back out of the contract and get our money back. I finally decided to check the sex offender list and found out there's a sex offender on my street. Alot of the houses in the neighborhood are going up for sale but we were told it was for relocation purposes. My husband and I are currently expecting a baby and are very worried. any advice? We're strongly considering backing out of the house and continuing to rent
