Retaliatory Case Win Outcomes

So my partner and I are taking our Real Estate to tribunal court on a retaliatory eviction case, and got a pretty good case on our part. My question is this, for those who have taken their RE to tribunal for similar reason and won, what was your outcome and could you choose what you wanted to be done? We aren't interested in extending our stay in this rental, so other things like maybe compensation etc. Thanks all.

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
