We had an offer agreed on a place (no contract) but we lost it because we had a terrible agent. Now we have another bite at the cherry because the apartment appraised too low and the buyer pulled out. The seller's agent got in touch with us and is asking if we want to make another offer with her as the dual agent. I'm a little skeptical about this so wanted to get other people's thoughts?
