In my area, property taxes are paid twice a year: Once in May which covers 6/1-11/30 and then in November/Dec for 12/1-5/31. On my closing costs worksheet, it says 161 days of property taxes are paid to the seller.

For the period of 6/22-11/30. This wasn’t on the CD from the bank but was given to me as an additional cost by my attorney. Is this part of the final closing wire?

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
