Freelance Realtor or a Real estate Agency ? who should I choose.

HI all, I'm a logo designer and I own a branding agency. I am really good at what I do and so I have had the fortune to accumulate enough to buy a home.

but since I know nothing about real estate or home buying, who should I go with, a freelance realtor or a real estate agency ? who will offer me best value ? and what are the perk and disadvantages associated with each. thanks and much appreciated.

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
