I still can’t believe it’s really happening and part of me is just waiting for something to go wrong. We were the first showing for this house and fell in love. Almost didn’t make an offer because we were only able to offer asking. Submitted offer yesterday morning and last night they countered for $5k more. Signed new contract shortly after.
