Property investing help 19

Hi, i know this a commonly asked question but im a bit stuck about what to do next as im 19 and have come into inheritance a year ago.Ive invested a lot of it into Stocks and share ISA for the longterm but i wanted to invest the rest with my current savings into property around £40k

Ive always like the idea of BTL as i always wanted to travel in the next few years but how realistic is it at my age and with me living at home.My credit score is good and improving but is it better to maybe look at a residential first or maybe a Flip.Is it best to ring up several mortgage brokers to see what they say.Any advice appreciated

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
