The title says most of it - I live in PA and I am moving into an apartment in an apartment complex in about a month. They are charging a $60 use and occupancy fee. I thought these were for when a buyer wants to move into a house before closing on it (among other house buyer/seller things).
Why am I paying this for a rental and what does it mean?
