I run a decent general contracting business, but typically only on contract homes, so I have little in the way of assets. I'm looking at a set of 10 duplexes in my neighboring town being sold as a lot for $3.75M. I'd love to take them on as an investment, thinking I could have them paid off in about 11-12 years, but I don't have a down payment for financing. Anyone have ideas on how to get over that hurdle?
