Is being a “professional” photographer/videographer great for real estate?

Don’t know what flair to put for this but I’m in the middle of taking my real estate courses, and thought about it. Would being a photographer/videographer good for being a real estate agent? I’m new to this but I know I’m able to get clients that way, and can also do work when I do get property I’m pretty sure.

Are there any good uses for this profession as well! If this topic or question is not allowed, so sorry! Thanks!

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
