I’ve owned a couple multi family properties for several years in a rougher part of the Midwest. More recently those areas have developed, and the values have increased. I never intended to hold long term, but cash flows were good and there wasn’t an immediate need to sell.
I’d like to unload them now and get a primary residence, but not sure with the market crashing if small commercial residential properties will drop in price as well or if there still might be a market for them.
Any thoughts?
