HUD Inspection vs. Lally Column

Hi all! Apologies for the odd question, but I am in a bit of a bind. I was wondering if anyone here knew whether lally columns (or poles) are passable through HUD inspections. We got our own personal inspection, but through our down payment assistance program, we need a HUD inspection as well. If we're able to close on this property, those things are getting yeeted into the sun, however, we can't do much as we don't own anything. Any input is much appreciated!

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
