Ethical question about FSBO and realtor

My husband and I have been working with a realtor for a few months. She's spent about 40 hours with us.

In this insane market, we haven't found anything to purchase with her.

I recently asked my landlord if he would sell the house we live in to us. He gave us an offer with a 3% discount for not including a realtor.

We want to take his offer, but we also want to be fair to our realtor. Thoughts?

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
