We are scheduled to close on our first home tomorrow morning. We just got a call from the lender that their computer system is down and they have not been able to print the paperwork. If their IT team is not able to fix the issues by tomorrow morning then we may have to postpone closing.
Everything was set and approved, but they literally can’t print the paperwork we need to sign.
We only have a few days before we need to be out of our current apartment so we were counting on our set closing time.
Do we have any options? Has anyone else been in this kind of situation?
