Are zillow and it's kind filled with scams? (Example included)

What the heck is up with this listing? https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/2145-31st-St-Spc-52_Springfield_OR_97477_M26254-90860?cid=txt_shares_rdc_ldp

It looks like up until it was listed here for $90k it was worth like, $160k, and all the houses around it are worth that. It is a particularly attractive sample for it's kind, too. So what's the scam? Some kind of bait and switch?

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
