Am I absolutely required to disclose a service animal?

I have an actual diagnosed justification for a service animal from a licensed medical professional, nothing from those weird online sites I hear about. I know my landlord can not deny me for providing the paperwork, but if I have it and am in the clear, am I truly REQUIRED to disclose it? The elderly owner lives states away and would never be near.

I am not trying to do something weird or sneaky, I’m just not trying to give out information I do not have to. Thank you to anyone who reads this and responds!

Question With Tricon "Pending ID".....

My wife and i, along with 2 other peopl applied to rent a house, and our application says "Approved, Pending ID". Anyone else know what that means?
