We wanted to talk about something else - the real estate market in Memphis - crash is on the way

we talked with the city about it - they don't care:

We created a blog post about the situation in Memphis and let everybody knows - no body care:

we than decided to take a different rout and even to show you how free money is like opiods without real treatment for the problem - no body cares:

https://www.apartmentsnearme.biz/post/free-money-addictions-opioids-what-a-time-to-be-alive

we are a big company, a major landlord in Memphis, and its look like as long as we have Fed money it's all gonna be ok, but the truth be tolled, nothing is ok - and instead on focusing on how to build our economy again in the next 10 years the right way in a way that will lower the probability for crash we just put something to cover it and keep going.

I really hope we wrong - but in 08/9 we been right, lets hope we will have bright future together
