This may be a long shot, but I’m wondering if anyone could help me understand this. My real estate agent gave me a break down of the closing fees on a house that I am selling. The house is priced at $81,000. The closing costs comes to a whopping $11,777.50. This made a potential buyer want nothing to do with the house. I am located in Oklahoma. Does this sound correct? To me, that seems a bit high but I know nothing about selling houses so I have no clue.
