I am try to rent out my property, this is my check list about information I am going ask tenants

Guys tell my what I miss and what is your suggestion.

1. One month deposit and one rental payment

2. Background check for all tenant before move in.

3. Pass 3 months pay subs

4. Ex landlord’s contact information for reference.

5 bank pass 2 months bank statement.

1. Copies of government issued id
