(US-NY) Property has a mobile home on it. Conventional lenders don't want to work on a mortgage with me because of a mobile home on the lot - What are my options?
Traditional banks in the area won't want to take on the property due to the mobile home, but local portfolio lenders seem to be fine with it since they don't need to conform to Freddie/Fannie rules, but their rates aren't as competitive. Do I have any other options?
