I am a realtor, and I'd like to purchase the home that I'm renting. I know that the landlord would be willing to sell.
Heres the situation.
It's a joint lease, and I want to get rid of the other tenant. Realizing that normally we have to go by the lease, but if half the leasees own the property, do I have to honor it?
Obviously notice etc would be needed. I'm just not keen on co-habbitating with an ex, and 18 yr old kid, for another 7 months.
