About to get ripped off by some contractors...anyone care to provide estimates on some repairs? (NJ)

Soo....Im about to buy the 'worst house' in a good neighborhood. Im kinda poor though. Its about 1300sq ft. Similar to: https://www.redfin.com/NJ/Roselle-Park/511-Oakwood-Ave-07204/home/38038191#schools

Now..... I'm just trying to get super ball park figures on a routine tlc on a 1300sq ft colonial. I'm already getting the "im too busy to give a estimate" run around.

Generally speaking:

Home is 1300 and in 'good shape'.

How much would it cost to paint the whole house? (materials + labor).

How much would it cost to rip out carpet and install vinyl flooring? (eg. 2.99 sq ft home depot planks).

How much would it cost to replace these cabinets for contractor grade white cabinets?

How much would it cost to add a shitter to the basement, where if there is already lines for a washer/dryer? Just the plumbing I can build the walls and rest of the mini half bath.

Obviously Ill do all of this over time, but maybe the flooring and paint while the house is empty.

Any info would be appreciated so that I know if the contractors are going full fuck you prices. Thanks!

I'm looking into buying a new construction townhouse in my HCOL US city. I'm seeing builders offering interest rate buydowns worth $20k-$60k on $800k homes (rather than just lowering prices) in order to keep their comps high for their other units, now that buyer demand has been declining. I asked my agent about these, and he said these buydowns aren't even the full story: buyers can write all kinds of other credits into an offer, like their closing costs, prepaid sewer fees, etc. Apparently cash buyers can just write in a "buyer credit at close" for any amount in their offer. So a new townhouse that appeared to sell for $800k in the MLS might have actually been a cash offer with a $100k+ buyer credit at close, meaning the buyer only spent $700k or less in total, but to the rest of the world they can only see the $800k! So that made me realize I can't trust comps/CMAs for other new construction townhouses. The sales prices could be way lower than they appear...
